James A. Pope has over 35 years of experience in real estate sales, development and consulting in the Louisville area. As part of the Nicklies team, Mr. Pope brings years of experience in dealing with local government agencies and knowledge of the city and county zoning processes. Mr. Pope is a member of the Louisville Home Builders Association and has developed valuable relationships with local builders and developers over his career in real estate. Prior to joining the Nicklies Team, Mr. Pope served as Vice President of a consulting and engineering firm specializing in residential and commercial/industrial real estate development. Mr. Pope has extensive experience in laying out subdivisions to be both efficient and aesthetic for the eventual homeowners. He has acted as the lead engineer or developer for more than 50 subdivisions, ranging in size from 58 homes to 1,098 homes, as well as numerous industrial and commercial sites throughout the country.
