Donna Hindman joined Nicklies & Co., Inc. in March 1997 as a Real Estate Paralegal. Ms. Hindman has over 25 years of experience working in various areas of the legal profession, including eleven years in commercial real estate. In her current position, she has drafted and negotiated leases with national tenants such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshall’s, PetsMart, Kroger, Sofa Express, Rack Room Shoes, and Dress Barn as well as a large number of regional and local retailers.

Relative to our residential subdivisions, Ms. Hindman performs a variety of tasks such as: drafting Warranty Deeds, Deeds of Restrictions and contracts; reviewing legal documents, title commitments, fee agreements, closing and loan documents; forming homeowners associations, managing billing and collections of homeowners dues and completing paperwork to accomplish the turnover of the association to the homeowners upon development completion.
