David W. Nicklies, President and CEO, leads the development team. Mr. Nicklies founded Nicklies & Co., Inc. in 1988 to specialize in all aspects of retail, office and industrial real estate brokerage, as well as, real estate development in Kentucky and Indiana. In 1997, Nicklies & Co., Inc. became a partner with CB Richard Ellis Partners in Los Angeles, a subsidiary of CB Richard Ellis, the largest commercial real estate brokerage company in the world. In 2005, David sold his interest in CBRE/Nicklies to devote 100% of his attention to the development business. David has over 25 years of experience in developing real estate, specialzing in construction and development of retail, office, industrial and residential real estate as well as retail sales and leasing. Mr. Nicklies began his career in commercial real estate in 1980.
