Amy Hardy joined Nicklies & Co., Inc. in August 2004 as the Financial Accounting Manager. She assists the CFO in directing and coordinating the accounting functions. These functions include financial planning, debt financing, budget management, and establishing and maintaining the organization's accounting principles, practices, and procedures. She also oversees the preparation and evaluation of budgets and other financial operating reports.
